I was one of five grandchildren selected to walk in the footsteps of our Grandfathers and train as a Bomber Crew. My ultimate role was that of the wireless operator. The documentary was filmed over two weeks on location at Duxford airbase, Stamford Range and East Kirkby. An interesting opportunity which put me on the other side of a camera ultimately informed the development of my master of Design thesis.
